Its unfortunate, but I have been receiving some very saddening emails from people who are unhappy with their initial choice in sponsor or team. Some people feel that they have been pushed aside by their sponsors or even left to figure it out on their own. Do understand, there is nothing requiring your empower network sponsor to support you. It is actually the responsibility of the company to provide support.
It is true that you can join the Empower Network under any empower network sponsorand you will still receive the same basic features as everyone else. You will get all the training material included in each of the upgrades and products. You will also have access to the support desk, should you need it. With all of this being said, it is a good idea to look for a sponsor that is part of a team that offers you extra support, above and beyond the requirements. The reason I say team rather than sponsor is due to the fact that you may not actually be sponsored by the person you join under, due to the passup structure. So joining a sponsor who is part of a dedicated team is a more fail safe method.
What Makes a Good Empower Network Sponsor
There are a few things you may want to consider when selecting the right empower network sponsor for you:
- Team Atmosphere – Is the empower network sponsor part of a team? What is the team model?
- Support – Is the sponsor or team willing to provide you with extra support? Do they take the time to answer your questions?
- Shared Vision – Does the empower network sponsor or team share your vision for a secured and successful business future?
- For One or For All – Is the empower network sponsor or team simply out to better themselves or are they wanting to Empower their team? This is important, the whole ideology behind Empower Network is to Empower everyone to do great things and to be successful. Is this true of the sponsor or team, or are they simply out to make their own fortune and leave you in the dust?
- Perks – Many teams offer special perks to their members. This could be in the form of bonuses, support or long term team goals.
These are just a few things to consider. Now don’t get me wrong, there are some really dedicated empower network sponsors and teams out there to choose from. However, not everyone may share similar ideas, goals and vision as you do. So, if this is something that’s important to you, I suggest you take the time to find a good match.

How Can I Switch Empower Network Sponsors
In short, you can’t. When you join an empower network sponsor, you are creating a subscription with that person, this cannot be switched, changed or modified. The only thing you can do is cancel your subscription, however in doing so, you will lose the money you have paid and also lose any members that have joined under you. Your members would be passed up to your current empower network sponsor.

Who is the best Empower Network sponsor?
This is a matter of opinion. The best Empower Network sponsor for you, may not be the best for someone else. It is simply a matter of what is important to you in a sponsor or team. What do you find valuable in a leader. You may become successful no matter who your sponsor or team is. You may not need any further help than what is provided in the training material. If you can follow the steps and instructions provided in your package, you should be able to do just fine. However, some people feel more secure knowing they have that extra support of a team available to them. So what it comes down to is this, what is most important to you.
Being strong, motivated, dedicated and focused on reaching your goals is the best choice you can make for yourself, no matter who your empower network sponsor is. When it comes down to it, it is all in your hands. You make the choice to succeed and follow through.
